Maximum 5 participants (with horses) per each half-day clinic or 6 participants (with horses) per each full day clinic.

CLINIC FORMATS

​

• 2x Half Days $400/participant; different topics or levels in the morning and in the afternoon. F.e. Liberty in the morning, PFT under Saddle in the afternoon, or Intro Liberty in the morning and Novice Liberty in the afternoon. Participants can sign up for each half day separately. This caters to students who want to participate on the ground, but do not want to ride, or vice versa, or it allows for different levels. Each participant can sign up just for the half-day clinic (morning or afternoon) or can sign up for both sessions (morning and afternoon). Approx. 4 hours of coaching and a maximum of 5 participants per each half-day. 

• 2x Full Days $700/participant; approx. 6 hours of coaching. 6 participants. 

• 3x Half Days $600/participant; different topics or levels in the morning and in the afternoon. F.e. Liberty in the morning, PFT under Saddle in the afternoon, or Intro Liberty in the morning and Novice Liberty in the afternoon. Participants can sign up for each half day separately. This caters to students who want to participate on the ground, but do not want to ride, or vice versa, or it allows for different levels. Each participant can sign up just for the half-day clinic (morning or afternoon) or can sign up for both sessions (morning and afternoon). Approx. 4 hours of coaching and a maximum of 5 participants per each half-day.   

• 3x Full Days $900/participant; approx. 6 hours of coaching. 6 participants. 

• Customized Formats; Extra days? Extra Topics? Extra Levels? Anything is possible. Let's communicate to figure out what the best format is for your special clinic.

CLINIC LEVELS

​

• Intro; Beginners. Wanting a re-fresher of the basic foundational steps. May have gotten a new or an inexperienced horse. 

• Novice; Advanced beginners. Strengthening basic foundation. Ready for some variety.  

• Intermediate; Good foundation already in place, confident, lot more variety, larger areas. 

• Distinguished; Great foundation in place, learning to specialize.

• Advanced; Experienced, high level maneuvers, specialized.

ADD a PRIVATE LESSONS DAY $100/hour/participant. 8 Lessons per day. 

 

AUDITOR FEES $40/day. 

 

TRAVEL FEE within the lower USA is included in the above mentioned fees. 

 

LODGING FEE $150/night split among all participants (with horses). No lodging fee will be applied if housing is provided by the host on the property - Mirka doesn't need anything fancy!

 

PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION $400/2 hours, 30 professionally edited digital photos. Must be scheduled outside the coaching time of clinic/lessons. 

 

CANCELATIONS POLICY

 

Mirka’s trip is usually scheduled along with two make up dates available, just in case of any emergencies, bad weather or sickness. If Mirka cannot make any of the 3 scheduled dates, she will refund any payments already made by students and may offer different dates for rescheduling.

CLINIC REFUNDS POLICY

 

All clinic participants' fees (participants with a horse, auditors and/or students for lessons) are due at the time of each participant's sign up, to secure their clinic spot. The clinic payment is a form of their commitment to participate in the clinic of their selection (as stated in their Sign Up Form) and their payment is non-refundable besides understandable unforeseenable health reasons and family emergencies; in which case a deposit of $250 will be retained and the remainder of all clinic fees may be refunded. 

 

FACILITY REQUIREMENTS

 

An indoor arena is strongly suggested (it helps prevent cancelations and rescheduling due to bad weather) but is not required. Arena fees, stall fees, RV hook up fees, shavings etc… are not included in Mirka’s fees and will be paid directly to the host or the facility. The facility must be big enough to accommodate all participants.
